Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in an auto repair facility.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate an automobile.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily work objectives for service consultants.
• Monitor performance and counsel consultants on behavior or performance.
• Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
• Assist service reception during peak times to collect customer and vehicle data.
• Maintain supplies required to operate the service drive.
• Communicate with team leaders to determine job status.
• Review open repair orders daily and resolve those beyond current week.
• Partner with dealership personnel to ensure quality of service.
• Perform quality inspections of vehicles returned to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service work.
• Understand and comply with regulations on hazardous waste and OSHA rules.
• Follow safety procedures to minimize exposure to fumes and chemicals.
