Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Drive Manager at our Texas dealership to lead daily objectives for service consultants and coordinate with technicians to ensure customer satisfaction. You will monitor performance, coach staff, and assist in peak times to gather customer and vehicle data.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants.
• Monitor performance and counsel service consultants with behavioral or performance issues.
• Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
• Assist in the service reception during peak traffic times by greeting customers to obtain data.
• Maintain supplies required to operate the service drive.
• Review open repair orders and resolve those beyond current week's business.
• Partner with dealership personnel to ensure quality of service.
