Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a service-advisor role.
• Proven ability to coach service advisors for higher performance and CSI.
• Strong understanding of dealership service metrics and processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize service drive operations for maximum efficiency.
• Provide leadership and coaching to service advisors to improve performance.
• Track and analyze KPIs such as RO count, ELR, hours per RO, and advisor performance.
• Collaborate with Service Manager, Parts, and Technicians to boost productivity.
• Ensure strict adherence to OEM standards and service processes.
