AutoNation is seeking a Service Drive Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the service drive, coordinating service consultants and technicians to deliver outstanding automotive care.

You will set daily objectives, monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily work objectives for service consultants.
• Monitor performance and counsel service consultants on behavior or performance.
• Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
• Assist in service reception during peak times to obtain customer and vehicle data.
• Maintain supplies for the service drive and communicate status with team leaders.
• Review open repair orders daily and resolve overdue items.
• Ensure quality of service and safety by following procedures and regulations.
