Job summary

JM Lexus is seeking a Service Consultant to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will greet guests, write service orders, describe issues, and guide repairs while upholding our standards and delivering Lexus service excellence.

You will manage customer communication, follow up on RO progress, and present recommendations for additional services. A collaborative, detail-oriented approach and strong multitasking are essential in a fast-paced service environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Service Writer in a dealership.
• Hi-Line experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Team-oriented with guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, write service orders, and deliver a superior service experience.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, problems, and recommended services and obtain approvals.
• Maintain dealership standards for Hours per Customer Repair Order and CSIs.
• Follow up on progress of each repair order during the day.
• Contact customers regarding changes in estimated time or cost.
• Present and recommend additional services and manage warranty claims.
• Provide daily productivity updates to management.
• Uphold JM Family Core Values in daily work.
