Job summary

Findlay Volvo Cars LV is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane. You will be knowledgeable about our product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service.

Qualifications

• CDK software familiarity and experience in auto service operations.
• Organized and friendly personality with strong communication.
• Minimum of one year dealership experience.
• Knowledge of dealership drive lane processes and workflows.
• Proven ability to manage others and coordinate tasks.
• Must have a valid in-state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience and ensure a positive dealership impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily technician time is efficiently allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to optimize servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave an positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently
