G&E Partners, a leading South Florida electrical contractor, is creating a dedicated TEC Service Group service division. The role leads operations, drives business growth, builds client relationships, and scales the division for profitable long‑term success.

You will own the development from the ground up, manage teams and projects, and partner with leadership to deliver service, maintenance and small works with strong profitability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical service & maintenance background, ideally with an electrical contractor.
• Proven track record in developing business, building client relationships and winning service work.
• Experience estimating, pricing, and managing service projects, maintenance contracts and small works.
• Ability to oversee day-to-day service operations, scheduling, resource planning and project execution.
• Experience driving profitability through job costing, pricing strategies and operational oversight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build processes, procedures and scalable structures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing teams and client relationships.
• Local to Miami / South Florida market or open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for the service division and drive business growth.
• Manage key client accounts and service delivery across projects.
• Own the development, pricing, and execution of service work and maintenance contracts.
• Oversee scheduling, resource planning and day-to-day operations.
• Monitor profitability, job costing and pricing strategies to ensure division success.
• Build scalable processes and procedures to support growth.
• Provide leadership and collaboration with clients and internal teams.
