Responsibilities include supervising technicians, optimizing scheduling, maintaining client relations, and ensuring safety compliance. A strong background in electrical services and leadership is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in electrical service management or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety standards.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a service team to deliver high-quality results.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching and management of work orders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely resolution of needs.
• Implement QA processes to ensure industry standards and client expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
• Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for electrical contracts and projects.
• Monitor and manage the service department budget to meet financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe workplace.
