Allbritten in Fresno, CA seeks an organized Dispatcher to drive daily operations by coordinating service calls and routing field technicians for HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Sewer services. You will act as the central hub between customers, technicians, and management to optimize schedules and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year of dispatching or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with dispatch software.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of dispatching, scheduling, call center, or customer service experience (home services preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to handle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and route field technicians for residential and light commercial calls.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for emergencies, cancellations, delays, or high call volumes.
• Serve as primary point of contact between technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Communicate arrival windows, delays, and updates professionally and empathetically.
• Use dispatch/field service software to track status, locations, and completion times.
• Maintain accurate service records and notes in the system.
• Support call-taking during peak periods as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
