Job summary

Blaze Heating, Cooling, Electrical Plumbing Generators is seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our service team in the United States. You will schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, prioritize requests, and communicate with customers to provide updates on arrival times and status.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dispatch and customer service experience, strong communication, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
• Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns.
• Inform customers of the status of their service calls and any changes to scheduled appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and technician activities.
• Enter data into the company's dispatch and customer management systems.
• Generate and distribute reports on service performance, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.
