Job summary

Pengate Handling Systems is seeking a Service Coordinator (Dispatcher) to join our team. You will receive service calls from customers, schedule with technicians, prepare proposals, and facilitate service billing to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer service, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems. We offer generous PTO, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls from customers.
• Process work orders in the business management system.
• Maintain and schedule Planned Maintenance agreements.
• Handle special billing needs for customers.
• Maintain an accurate database.
• Provide support for technicians to maximize efficiency.
• Process warranty claims.
• Coordinate service with subcontractors at customer location.
• Arrange freight for service and support equipment and materials.
• Prepare customer quotes from field service technicians.
