Responsibilities

• Receives incoming service-related calls from customers, inputs information, and schedules service.
• Schedules technicians for routine tune-ups and maintenance; coordinates major repairs with the service manager.
• Communicates with field technicians using radio or cellular phones for job assignments and updates.
• Inputs parts and labor information into the system to generate invoices for service work performed.
• Reconciles billable and non-billable time for technicians.
• Sets up, renews, and terminates service contracts and schedules annual maintenance.
• Assists in controlling parts inventory and restocking as needed.
• Coordinates Gas Check program by contacting customers and scheduling technicians.
