dormakaba is seeking a Service Dispatcher based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for taking customer orders, assigning Service Technicians, and ensuring that service jobs are billed in a customer friendly manner.

QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of customer service experience. Preference for dispatcher experience and billing knowledge. Compensation includes an hourly salary in the 18–22 USD range with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Field and route incoming customer calls and emails to Service Technicians
• Enter call orders in the service tracking system
• Follow-up with customers to ensure completion and satisfaction
• Maintain regular contact with field technicians to provide directions and assistance in completion of Service calls
• Complete data entry related to customer accounts and transactions
