Job summary

Jackson Mechanical Service is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support daily service operations in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate between technicians, customers, and the back office to ensure high-quality service delivery and accurate job documentation.

In this role, you will review tickets with technicians, create P.O.s, set up jobs, and manage customer portals. A team-oriented environment offers opportunities to impact operations and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dispatching, service coordination, or administrative support preferred.
• Familiarity with service management software (BuildOps) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review service tickets with technicians and confirm job details.
• Create purchase orders and verify pricing, freight, and approvals.
• Prepare detailed job descriptions for incoming service requests.
• Ensure ticket accuracy and support invoicing through ticket management.
• Manage customer portals and coordinate follow-up calls and feedback.
