A leading HVACR service provider in Orlando, Oklahoma is seeking a Service Dispatcher to assist in managing service operations, scheduling jobs, and training technicians. The incumbent will need excellent communication skills, supervisory experience, and a basic understanding of HVACR technology. Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. The role requires a willingness to work non-standard hours and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in HVACR customer service environment.
• Ability to negotiate orders for timely materials.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse groups.

• Current state driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in resource planning.
• Schedule service jobs based on technician capabilities.
• Train technicians in customer service and sales.
• Maintain relationships with accounts receivable for credit collections.
• Help resolve customer complaints efficiently.
• Work with suppliers on parts performance and availability.
