Responsibilities

• Field and route incoming customer calls and emails to Service Technicians.
• Enter call orders in the service tracking system.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Maintain regular contact with field technicians to provide directions and assistance in completion of Service calls.
• Complete data entry related to customer accounts and transactions.
