We are hiring a Service Dispatcher / Schedule Coordinator to join our team and support our HVAC technicians and plumbers. Someone with a passion for serving customers, and excellent communications skills. This position plays a pivotal role with our clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.

Job Title: Service Dispatcher / Scheduler Coordinator

Pay Scale: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm

What you will be doing:

  • Answering calls
  • Dispatching and scheduling service appointments
  • Keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times
  • Supporting the technicians with warranty and parts information
  • Maintain customer database with current information
  • Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers
  • Registering warranty and rebate information
  • Daily working in Service Titan, our cloud-based CRM

Qualifications:

  • Previous office experience with 2 + years related experience in customer service, scheduling, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Stellar customer service skills
  • Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and technicians
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • General sales skills and aptitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
