Client Scheduling Coordinator
At April ABA, our clinician-led team brings decades of combined expertise in utilizing evidence-based strategies to change the lives of children with autism. Our mission is to empower children through personalized ABA therapy that helps them receive the building blocks of a brighter future.
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Client Scheduling Coordinator to own our daily therapy schedule and serve as the key liaison between families and staff. This role is central to our operations, ensuring each client session is covered and communication is clear, timely, and respectful.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and adjust the daily therapy schedule across all clients and staff
- Serve as the first point of contact for schedule changes or conflicts from both staff and families
- Collaborate with clinical and admin teams to ensure schedule integrity and staffing needs
- Proactively flag scheduling gaps and follow up to resolve them quickly
- Support new client onboarding from a scheduling perspective
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, ideally with ABA
- Strong scheduling and coordination skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable acting as a liaison between families and staff
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus
- Tech-savvy and organized, with proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, etc.)
- Calm, professional demeanor and ability to stay composed under pressure

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour
