Job summary

The Brewer-Garrett Company is seeking a Service Coordinator in Middleburg Heights, OH to center our service team by scheduling and directing technicians to respond to customers efficiently. You’ll solve problems, build relationships, and keep operations moving for our HVAC, electrical, and energy solutions team.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a customer service, dispatching, or scheduling role preferred.
• Experience supporting field service, maintenance, or technical operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate, prioritize, and coordinate work assignments through phone and email with technicians, managers, and customers.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, reactive service calls, and project work in alignment with contractual requirements and capacity.
• Generate PM work orders monthly and ensure scheduling within service windows.
• Dispatch technicians based on skill, location, and urgency.
• Provide logistical and administrative support to field personnel to maximize productivity.
• Ensure paperwork is completed and received (work orders, tasking documents, start-up sheets).
