Job summary

Service Specialties, Inc. (SSI) is seeking a full-time Dispatcher in Northern Virginia to bridge between customers and technicians. You will assign technicians, optimize service routes, and ensure timely, accurate updates while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and familiarity with NV routing. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatch or scheduling experience (preferred).
• Call center or customer service background (a plus).
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Great communication and the ability to multitask.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Familiarity with the Northern Virginia area/routing highly preferred.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Dispatcher, you will be the key link between customers and our technicians. You'll ensure technicians are scheduled efficiently, service routes make sense throughout Northern VA, and customers get prompt attention. This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (one hour lunch).

Main Responsibilities
