Job summary

Smart Care is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to join our Brooksville, FL office. You will manage high-volume emails, answer calls, and create service tickets while dispatching technicians for service, installation, and maintenance.

Collaboration with parts, billing, and operations ensures timely, accurate work orders and customer satisfaction. The role is on-site, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with the potential for on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience navigating multiple computer systems and search tools.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook; data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high-volume email inbox and distribute work orders.
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Create service tickets for incoming work orders; dispatch technicians.
• Coordinate with parts and billing to ensure accurate service tickets.
