Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high volume email inbox for work orders and distribute emails by customer/service type.
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Create service tickets for incoming work orders.
• Dispatch technicians for service calls, installs and maintenance based on location and priority.
• Attach checklists and paperwork to service tickets per customer requirements.
• Schedule unassigned calls as technicians close out existing ones.
• Create quotes and email them for follow-up service approvals.
• Coordinate with parts department to order and track parts for jobs.
• Communicate status of work orders to customers via phone, email, and portals.
• Collaborate with billing to ensure accurate ticket information for invoicing.
• Work with managers and other dispatchers to maximize technician efficiency.
• Monitor dispatch workflow to ensure timely follow-up per contracts.
• Assist with evening/weekend on-call emergencies.
