Job summary

Turbo Tech, a Smart Care company, is seeking a full-time Dispatcher for our Fridley, MN office. You will monitor emails and phones, create and dispatch service tickets, and coordinate with parts and billing to ensure timely service and accurate invoicing.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, multitasking, and customer service experience, with proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software. This is an on-site role with Monday–Friday shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor high volume email inbox for work orders and route to appropriate folder.
• Answer inbound phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Create service tickets for incoming work orders.
• Dispatch technicians for service calls, installs and preventative maintenance per location and priority.
• Ensure checklists and paperwork are attached to service tickets for technicians.
• Monitor dispatch board to schedule unassigned calls as technicians close out.
• Create quotes and email to customers for follow-up service calls.
• Coordinate with parts department to order necessary parts and track arrival for scheduling.
• Communicate status of work orders to customers via phone, email and portals.
• Collaborate with operations managers and other dispatchers to maximize technician efficiency.
• Support after-hours emergency service rotation as needed.
