Overview: Modigent is seeking a skilled Service Dispatcher to join our team in Apopka, FL. This in-office role manages daily dispatch operations for our commercial HVAC and plumbing service teams. Responsibilities include scheduling, routing, customer service, and documentation using ServiceTitan. Candidates should have experience with ServiceTitan and a background in HVAC or plumbing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Operations: Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently, responding promptly to service requests.
• Scheduling and Planning: Create and adjust daily technician schedules for various service needs.
• Customer Interaction: Act as the primary contact for clients, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
• Routing Optimization: Use ServiceTitan to plan optimal technician routes.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with technicians, clients, and team members.
• Documentation and Reporting: Log service activities and generate performance reports.
• Inventory Coordination: Work with the warehouse to ensure technicians are equipped.
• Problem Solving: Address logistical challenges quickly and effectively.
