Nash Plumbing and Mechanical LLC, an employee-owned company, has been in business for over 50 years and is seekinga Professional Commercial Service Dispatcher for our commercial service division.

Essential Functions:

• Dispatching and Scheduling of multiple Technicians' daily schedules (experience in dispatching plumbing and HVAC is required)
• Manage incoming calls
• Experience with Service Titan or BuildOps dispatching software or similar
• Checking Technicians in/out of jobs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Account Managers and client inquiries
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Account Managers, Clients, and Technicians via phone and email
• Maintain organized records of work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, and charges for work performed
• Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates for plumbing & HVAC projects, ensuring all aspects are covered.
• Relay messages accurately and efficiently
• Have exceptional organizational skills, can pay attention to details, and manage time wisely

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM (typically, but may vary)
