This is a fast-paced, phone-first role for someone who feeds off action, impact, and making things happen when others are winding down.

What You’ll Own:

Before 3:30 PM:

• Answer inbound calls with energy and empathy.
• Make outbound "Happy Calls" to check in, ask for reviews, and upsell tune-ups or memberships.
• Confirm next-day appointments and handle light follow-up on unsold work.

After 3:30 PM:

• Dispatch technicians and communicate with field teams.
• Handle overflow/rollover calls when other offices close.
• Serve as the point person for any urgent matters until closing.

Scorecard for Success:

• 99%+ call answer rate during your shift
• 90%+ booking on service calls
• 10+ memberships or add-ons per month
• Board cleared or clean handoff by 8:00 PM
