Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Brownsburg, IN is seeking a Dispatcher who stays calm under pressure and helps customers feel heard. You will be the link between customers, technicians, and the rest of the team, using AI-powered systems to schedule and dispatch calls efficiently.

You will multitask across CRM platforms, maintain professional communication, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely service, accurate scheduling, and a superior customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside AI-Powered systems to schedule and assign calls to technicians.
• Work closely with technicians to schedule return calls for customers.
• Work alongside AI-powered system to assign and dispatch calls to appropriate technicians based on skillsets of technicians and location of call in an efficient manner.
• Communicate with customers for scheduling calls and confirming appointment.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
