Compensation: $23.00/hr to $28.00/hr depending on experience

Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a half-hour lunch

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 + years of experience in reception, customer service, dispatching, and/or equivalent
• ServiceTitan experience is required
• Advanced customer service skills
• Professional phone skills
• Energetic personality
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Geographical knowledge of sales area or map reading skills
• Must be able to work independently
  
  

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received
• Update customer profiles as information is received
• Type service contract proposals for new customers
• Maintenance of the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, and staging of materials, database information, and renewals
• Order parts for special orders
• Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customers and technicians
