Job summary

Tiger Plumbing Heating & Air in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a Service Dispatcher to monitor and manage the service schedule, answer calls, and dispatch HVAC Technicians and Plumbers for service requests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling, tracking, and dispatching our HVAC Technicians and Plumbers for service requests, ensuring efficient communication between technicians, customers, and internal teams. This role requires strong communication skills with proficiency in multitasking. The Service Dispatcher plays a crucial role in maintaining a smooth operation of the workday, ensuring customer experience is a top priority.
