Job summary

Harris Heating, Plumbing, Air & Electrical is seeking a Dispatcher to connect customers with the right technicians and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities, with ServiceTitan experience considered a plus. Starting pay is $21 per hour, with shifts listed for 10a-6:30p and 11:30a-8p, Monday through Friday, and a Wednesday-Sunday variant. Join a team committed to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day.
• Match the right technician to each job based on skillset, location, and performance.
• Manage technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate clearly with technicians, customers, and managers.
• Monitor work orders for accuracy and make corrections when needed.
• Analyze appointment history and technician performance to improve scheduling decisions.
• Handle multiple priorities, phone calls, emails, and schedule changes with confidence.
• Motivate technicians by communicating opportunities and helping them succeed.
• Follow company processes while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent Harris with a positive attitude.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
