Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching, scheduling, service coordination or related experience required
• Proven ability to build, manage, and adjust service routes and schedules required
• Strong customer service skills required

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming service requests and customer inquiries
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on skill set, location, workload and service priority
• Build, manage, and optimize technician schedules to maximize efficiency and service capacity
• Review service requests and estimates to determine technician assignments, scheduling requirements, and job needs
• Coordinate with technicians throughout the day and make real-time scheduling adjustments as priorities change
• Track work in progress and provide updates on outstanding service requests
• Coordinate parts availability and help resolve scheduling or service-related issues
• Communicate appointment details, service updates, and scheduling changes to customers
• Partner closely with the Service Manager on technician utilization, workflow planning, and service priorities
• Maintain accurate work orders, service records, and scheduling information
