Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating and Air is hiring a full-time Dispatcher to support and coordinate service visits in Mukilteo. You’ll handle calls, schedule technicians, and ensure accurate data entry while communicating customer needs clearly to the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the trades is a plus.
• Experience in booking appointments.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls from customers and technicians.
• Collect and enter customer information.
• Field customer questions and complaints; forward to the assigned specialist or staff when needed.
• Ensure actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions with details of inquiries and comments.
• Schedule projects for technicians and manage projects with organization and detail.
• Communicate customer needs to technicians via appointment notes.
• Determine whether the company provides the requested services.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
