Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatching experience; call center experience preferred.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or related service industry experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with basic computer apps; Service Titan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests and dispatch to field technicians.
• Serve as main contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor schedules and make real-time adjustments.
• Record service requests and schedules in Service Titan.
• Coordinate emergency response when needed.
• Allocate resources efficiently to meet demand.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes.
