Job summary

AAA Facility Services in Valencia, CA is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to keep commercial facility service requests moving from initial assignment through completion. You will coordinate technicians and service partners, manage scheduling and job requirements, and maintain accurate work-order information in client portals.

Responsibilities include prioritizing emergencies, onboarding partners, and ensuring Not-to-Exceed limits are respected while collaborating with internal teams to keep

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of administrative or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple open service requests and priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize service requests, including emergency, next-day, and ongoing work.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians considering service requirements, geography, and client expectations.
• Source, onboard, and dispatch service partners as needed.
• Communicate with clients, technicians, and partners regarding scheduling and status.
• Monitor work orders from scheduling through completion and closure.
• Ensure scope, pricing, availability, and service requirements are confirmed before dispatch.
