Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or home services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, assign, and dispatch technicians to service calls based on availability, location, urgency, and skill level.
• Monitor schedules and adjust for emergencies, delays, and changes.
• Communicate with technicians about assignments, changes, and updates.
• Answer calls and assist customers with scheduling and questions.
• Prioritize emergencies and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records in dispatching software and updates.
• Follow up to ensure progress and completion.
• Provide ETA and delay notifications to customers.
• Coordinate with managers and departments to maximize productivity.
• Assist with rescheduling and cancellations as needed.
