Job summary

ORR Protection in Indianapolis is seeking a Service Coordinator to work with customers, field operations and account teams to schedule routine service, emergency calls, and repairs while ensuring on-time completion and SLA adherence.

In this role you will manage ERP entries, coordinate with subcontractors, and maintain clear communication with customers to drive efficient, profitable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience or demonstrated proficiency.
• Analytical thinker with data-driven approach.
• Ability to excel in collaborative environments and work independently.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, filters, formulas, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch routine service and repairs to meet SLAs and due dates.
• Coordinate with Customer, Account Team, Subcontractor and Field Operations.
• Handle emergency service requests via multiple channels and coordinate with involved teams.
• Maintain accurate Field Orders and ERP data; create and manage Sales Orders.
• Engage in customer communications to ensure clear updates and handoffs.
• Support subcontractor scheduling and PO creation as needed.
• Contribute to a quality-driven work environment and ongoing process improvements.
