Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1-2 years of dispatching and/or customer service experience.
• HVAC knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls for HVAC or plumbing service and schedule repairs, maintenance, and estimates.
• Coordinate technician schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Provide appointment updates and arrange return visits when parts are unavailable.
• Answer billing and invoice questions and explain next steps to customers.
• Work with technicians, the Operations Manager, and office staff to monitor dispatch activities and adjust schedules.
• Maintain organized and professional communication to ensure a positive service experience.
