Job summary

Tech24 is seeking a Customer Service & Dispatcher to join our team in West Yarmouth, MA. This role serves as the central hub for customer communication, coordinating service requests, dispatching technicians, and ensuring work orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of customer service, administrative, or dispatch experience (dispatch experience preferred).
• Experience in HVAC and/or food service industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and respond to service inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Create and manage service work orders in the system.
• Dispatch and schedule technicians based on priority and availability.
• Communicate appointment details, updates, and follow-ups with customers.
• Coordinate effectively between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and job statuses; support administrative tasks including parts orders and invoicing.
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring efficient service operations.
