Job summary

Smart Care Dispatcher is seeking a role focused on routing service technicians in the commercial kitchen equipment environment, serving as the primary contact within a geographic market to maximize efficiency and meet SLAs. The position emphasizes dispatch optimization and customer-focused communication, enabling productive service delivery across the territory.

Responsibilities include coordinating technician assignments, improving productivity, and ensuring cost-effective routing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in dispatch, customer service, and/or restaurant management.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office / Windows-based environment.
• Ability to learn unique and proprietary software.
• Previous SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Effectively route technicians to service calls, maximizing efficiency and productivity using dispatch management tools in a manner that exceeds customer expectations and/or service level agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians within a geographic market or territory.
• Facilitate technician performance to maximize productivity and profitability through effective call clustering and routing to control cost, enhance efficiency, and meet commitments.
