Job summary

Smart Care Equipment Solutions in Fishers, IN, seeks a Dispatch Coordinator to route technicians to service calls, ensuring efficiency and SLA adherence. You’ll be the main contact for technicians in a defined territory and drive productivity and profitability through smart call clustering and routing to manage costs.

The role requires 3+ years in dispatch or customer service, a high school diploma, and the ability to learn proprietary software.
