Job summary

Manhattan Plumbing & Heating is seeking a proactive M.Air CSR to serve as a central communication hub for our service and construction teams. You will manage inbound calls, schedule and dispatch technicians, coordinate parts, and support field operations for HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, and new construction projects.

You will work closely with service techs, project managers, vendors and customers to ensure timely updates, accurate records, and 100% customer satisfaction, with cross-coverage

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles within field operations.
• Familiarity with dispatch and scheduling software.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming customer calls professionally and promptly.
• Schedule service calls and dispatch technicians according to policy.
• Order parts and issue purchase orders; coordinate with vendors.
• Process invoices and maintain billing documentation in the system.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records and communicate with field staff.
