Job summary

Manhattan Plumbing and Heating is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to centralize dispatching for HVAC, plumbing, hydronics, and new construction projects. You will handle calls, schedule technicians, coordinate parts, and support daily field operations.

Collaborating with service teams, project managers, and vendors, you will ensure accurate documentation, timely communication, and exceptional customer service while cross-training to cover a second CSR when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Advanced customer service and professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Chat and MS Office.
• Experience with Sage 100 and Sage Field Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, schedule service, and dispatch technicians.
• Coordinate parts, inventory, and purchase orders for field operations.
• Process invoices in Sage 100 and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and field staff to ensure service quality.
• Cross-train with a second CSR to cover absences.
• Forecast workload 5–6 days out.
