• Clear verbal and written communication with customers, technicians, coworkers, and supervisors
• Attention to detail when documenting work orders, call notes, and service updates

Responsibilities

• Receive customer service calls and dispatch technicians to appropriate service locations.
• Schedule daily service, maintenance, and emergency calls based on technician availability.
• Communicate work order details and updates to technicians, customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Monitor technician locations and progress to maintain dispatch flow.
• Provide route and site information to technicians for assigned calls.
• Document requests, updates, and services in the system.
• Confirm technician time and billing information.
• Coordinate tools, parts, or inventory as directed.
• Escalate scheduling conflicts or service issues to the manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
