Job summary

Siemens Mobility in San Diego, CA is seeking a Junior Professional to join our Service Coordinator/Dispatcher team. You will coordinate onsite and remote service activities, schedule resources, and serve as the primary contact for customers from demand to close-out.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to demonstrate organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and understand customer service contracts.
Experience with Microsoft Office and business software (e.g., SAP).
Verbal and written English communication skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Coordinate activities and resources across branch offices and the Digital Service Center.
Act as the primary contact for service customers to meet expectations.
Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, creating a work order.
Schedule resources to support standard service agreements.
Make scheduling and movement decisions based on urgency and availability.
Order and track parts and subcontractors for maintenance plans and service calls.
Evaluate time-and-material service orders for costs and invoicing.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
