Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America invites applications for a Service Desk Representative II to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals. They also perform limited network maintenance and help manage user profiles and data.

The role emphasizes timely incident resolution, adherence to Helpdesk standards, and collaboration within a growth-oriented IT team. A suitable candidate has a relevant associate degree or equivalent experience and strong troubleshooting

Qualifications

Associates degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing computers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP.
Good understanding of networking; strong troubleshooting skills.
Fluent Korean language is desirable.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, setup, troubleshoot and configure PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals.
Perform imaging system administration.
Open/Close and update work history via the Helpdesk application.
Backup/Restore user profiles and data.
Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software.
Adhere to naming standards and labeling of all assets.
Adhere to Helpdesk standards and procedures.
