Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America seeks a Service Desk Representative II to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals, with limited network maintenance. The role requires hands-on support across PCs, printers, imaging, asset management, and adherence to Helpdesk processes.

Korean language skills are a plus, and relocation support is provided in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

Associate degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience maintaining and repairing computers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Access, Project, Outlook, SAP, Antivirus.
Strong networking knowledge.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Fluent Korean language preferred.
Certifications: A+; Microsoft Windows certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, setup, troubleshoot and configure PCs, laptops, printers and peripherals.
Perform imaging system administration.
Open/Close and update work history via the Helpdesk application.
Backup/Restore user profiles and data.
Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software.
Adhere to naming standards and labeling of all assets.
Adhere to Helpdesk standards and procedures to ensure priorities and goals are met.
