Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America is seeking a Service Desk Rep I for the West Point, GA area on the 2nd shift. You will provide initial IT support for technical inquiries via phone, email, messaging, and walk‑ups, and log tickets while troubleshooting software and hardware on laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones at the user’s workstation.

This role requires mobility to resolve issues and escalate when needed to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year of IT experience or strong technical aptitude.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and Windows OS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange.
• Ability to multitask and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote technical support to users across departments and building locations.
• Log and manage Helpdesk tickets using ITSM or other approved systems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, networked printers, and related peripherals.
• Imaging and administration for PCs, laptops, scanners, and other networked devices as assigned.
• Open, update, and close incidents in ITSM with accurate history and resolution notes.
