Job summary

HyundaiAutoEverAmerica is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist II to provide on-site technical support at our San Diego office. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, phones, and video conferences, and assist users with account access and email.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–7 years of Tier 2+ support experience. Certifications (Microsoft, Oracle, or CompTIA) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7 years of Tier 2+ helpdesk experience resolving complex end-user issues.
• Knowledge of IT principles for planning, implementation and coordination.
• Microsoft, Oracle, and/or CompTIA Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-days on-site desktop support for Hyundai Translead in San Diego, installing, configuring and troubleshooting desktops, phones, laptops and video conferencing.
• Offer user assistance, manage email accounts and ensure reliable device performance.
• Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of requests and document processes.
