Job summary

Hyundai AutoEver America seeks a Service Desk Representative II to deliver first-line IT support in Savannah, GA. You’ll respond to inquiries via phone, email, and messaging, diagnose hardware and software issues, and manage tickets through ITSM systems.

Responsibilities include device imaging, deployment, and administration, plus data backup/restoration and asset inventory. A 1–2 year IT support background and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years IT support or help desk experience required.
• Basic networking concepts, connectivity, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows, Office, and Exchange environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employee IT support requests and provide timely troubleshooting.
• Prioritize and manage Helpdesk tickets within the ITSM system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and related peripherals.
• Perform imaging, deployment, and admin tasks for devices to meet operations.
• Open/update/close incidents with detailed troubleshooting steps and communications.
• Backup and restore user data per procedures, minimizing business disruption.
• Maintain inventories and support equipment upgrades per policies.
