Enable Resource Group is seeking a mission-minded Service Desk Technician to join our growing team in Nashville. You will troubleshoot and resolve client technology issues, provide remote and on-site support as needed, and engage directly with church and partner staff to deliver reliable IT services.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years IT support or a technical degree, strong Microsoft 365 and AD/Entra ID skills, ticketing experience, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in IT support or a bachelor’s degree in a technical area.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience creating and managing users in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Working knowledge of ticketing systems and Windows OS.
• Ability to pass a background check.
